my journey to become a IT Expert

My initial foray into the world of IT began with a comprehensive three-year training program centered around “IT Expert Systems and Devices.” This immersive experience included two six-month internships, with one taking place in the vibrant city of Barcelona. These internships enriched my knowledge across a wide spectrum of areas, including but not limited to Active Directory management, virtualization, SNMP protocol, and the nuances of delivering exceptional customer service.

Now, I’ve embarked on a new chapter in my journey with my pursuit of an IT Bachelor’s degree. This ongoing venture is already shaping up to be an exciting one. SNMP

SNMP, or Simple Network Management Protocol, serves as a vital tool for overseeing devices within a network. By facilitating the collection of data from various devices, SNMP ensures the seamless operation of networks, allowing for effective troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Antivirus Migration

We efficiently upgraded the antivirus across our colleagues’ computers by seamlessly deploying a new version. Employing our custom-coded scripts for both macOS (Bash) and Windows (PowerShell), we automated the entire process with precision and effectiveness.
